Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in advancing the mission of the CMS Medicaid Integrity Institute and the program integrity initiatives of state Medicaid agencies.

• Aid in the development, upkeep, and compliance with PMO processes, procedures, and standard operating practices.

• Work collaboratively with MII team members, stakeholders, and external clients to ensure the smooth operation of daily program activities.

• Manage administrative logistics and documentation for shared drives and program records.

• Verify the completeness and maintain version control of program records.

• Act as a liaison between the program and divisional/corporate PMO resources.

• Accurately document meeting minutes during both internal and client-facing meetings.

• Distribute finalized meeting documentation promptly.

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient with standard business tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Highly detail-oriented and organized.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

• US citizenship is not a requirement.

• No security clearance needed.

• Travel requirements are less than 10%.
