This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a call center program for Medicaid Provider Services.
• Supervise customer support operations related to provider enrollment, credentialing, and client engagement initiatives.
• Manage program delivery to meet objectives concerning schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the daily execution of the program, including planning, resource coordination, workload management, and performance monitoring.
• Handle program budgets, forecasting, cost controls, resource utilization, and operational metrics.
• Coordinate staffing, inventory, supply chain activities, and operational processes.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and standards to ensure contractual, regulatory, and organizational compliance.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies within the program.
• Ensure accurate program documentation and reporting are maintained.
• Lead and develop a small to mid-sized team through work assignments, performance monitoring, coaching, and employee development.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Communicate updates on program status, operational concerns, technology enhancements, and recommended solutions.
• Implement the program, influence strategic direction, drive continuous improvement, and support program growth.
• Travel to the client site during program implementation and quarterly thereafter.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and 5+ years of pertinent professional experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of management experience leading a team.
• Experience in financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management.
• Prior experience in a call center environment.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet service.
• Minimum download speeds of 20 Mbps (50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity).
• Minimum upload speeds of 5 Mbps.
• A private and secure workspace is required.
• Preferred: experience in Medicaid provider enrollment and credentialing, government contracting, call center, and back-office operations.
• Preferred: experience in implementing and maintaining call center CRM and telephony systems.
• Preferred: experience in client management.
• Preferred: experience in project implementation.
• Active PMP certification is preferred.
