This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the strategic advancement of Talkiatry's communication platform and data infrastructure.
• Oversee Development & Deployment operations responsible for building and delivering solutions.
• Manage the complete marketing operations ecosystem, including automation workflows, data architecture, experimentation, and reporting.
• Supervise the personnel, processes, and technology involved in executing marketing operations tasks.
• Collaborate with Marketing Technology, Growth, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to enhance campaigns, journeys, and automations.
• Build and nurture the Development & Deployment team.
• Establish priorities, assess build quality, and enhance technical skills among direct reports and contractors.
• Handle resource allocation and workload planning for template and campaign creation, journey development, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop scalable, reusable infrastructure alongside Marketing Technology, Product, Data, and Engineering.
• Minimize ad hoc builds and implement AI throughout the patient lifecycle.
• Document procedures and maintain performance dashboards.
• Ensure that workflows and data integrations comply with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage campaign operations comprehensively across email, SMS, and push notifications, including deliverability, resource management, timelines, quality assurance, and communication with stakeholders.
• Act as the internal platform expert on Iterable and associated tools like Mailgun and Twilio.
• Resolve operational challenges for internal teams.
• Design and implement experimentation frameworks, including AI-driven A/B and multivariate testing.
• Assess emerging AI tools and integrate new channels and contextual personalization into the patient experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7 to 10 years of experience managing a marketing automation platform as a technical operator.
• Proven track record in managing the platform's technical foundation, including data feeds, API integrations, event schemas, and content/template infrastructure.
• Experience in overseeing technical staff or contractors.
• Strong proficiency in Iterable is highly preferred, including workflows, catalogs, webhooks, API-based sends, and real-time event-driven triggers.
• Familiarity with comparable customer engagement platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Customer.io, or Marketo is a plus.
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with data warehouses like Snowflake or similar, CDPs, CRM systems, and real-time event tracking/streaming pipelines such as Segment.
• Capability to write and troubleshoot queries independently.
• Experience in solutions architecture connecting marketing systems with product, data engineering, and clinical/operational systems.
• Understanding of trigger logic, suppression rules, schema design, event instrumentation, and real-time decision-making.
• Comfortable working within a regulated healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML models in lifecycle marketing, including send-time optimization, content personalization, and predictive segmentation.
• Ability to evaluate vendor claims and integration needs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. as required by Form I-9/E-Verify.
