This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Marketing Operations division, overseeing workflows, governance, prioritization frameworks, and operational processes.
• Ensure transparency in marketing initiatives and report on priorities, capacity, risks, and resource allocation.
• Supervise intake, prioritization, and workload management processes.
• Design and spearhead change management initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Evaluate team capacity, resource utilization, workflow performance, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to pinpoint operational gaps and implement effective solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of intricate marketing initiatives across various business units and strategic priorities.
• Oversee marketing projects from intake and planning to execution, launch, and post-project evaluation.
• Facilitate project planning, timeline creation, stakeholder alignment, resource coordination, and risk management.
• Coordinate conference and event deliverables with Creative, Production, and business stakeholders.
• Lead status meetings and portfolio reviews to ensure progress and alignment.
• Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and changes, escalating critical concerns as necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
• Maintain project management dashboards and tools to track pipeline progress and milestones.
• Oversee and develop direct reports, promoting growth, performance management, and career development.
• Cultivate a collaborative, service-oriented culture focused on operational excellence.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing leaders, creative teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Act as a trusted advisor and operational partner to Marketing leadership.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, program management, or related operational leadership roles.
• Proven experience in leading complex marketing workflows within a matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of project management and marketing methodologies, workflow management, and operational best practices.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and scalability.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with marketing, project management, and work management platforms, including Asana, Workfront, and HubSpot.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing direct reports and developing high-performing teams.
