This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Develop comprehensive awareness and nurturing plans that involve multiple stakeholders and channels to generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales.
• Implement new product and clinical indication launches, including the assessment of key metrics to measure launch success.
• Design and execute a strategy for regional conferences aimed at achieving the anticipated return on investment.
• Formulate and implement regional marketing strategies to boost interest, adoption, and utilization of DEXTER in targeted areas.
• Assist in organizing DEXTER customer activation events, which involves planning, coordination, promotion, and facilitating DEXTER demonstrations.
• Anticipate the selling needs of the Commercial Team to expedite customer activation.
• Develop and customize promotional materials and training resources for sales teams.
• Produce and execute digital marketing content for the US market.
• Provide field sales training focused on value propositions, key features and benefits messaging, promotional materials, and competitive insights.
• Relay marketing initiatives and tools to the US Sales team effectively.
• Ensure that regional marketing initiatives are in alignment with US sales goals, corporate brand standards, messaging, and adhere to the AdvaMed Code of Ethics.
• Establish a feedback mechanism between field sales/customers and corporate teams.
• Collaborate with teams from Education, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Affairs to identify US customer needs and recommend training, professional education, and evidence-based solutions.
• Set, evaluate, and achieve US Marketing KPIs.
• Oversee all US Marketing initiatives to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in marketing, business, or life sciences.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in medical device, MedTech, or pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 3 years in the industry.
• Capability to distill complex information into a compelling promotional narrative that influences purchasing behavior.
• A proven history of collaborating with corporate teams and developing robust sales partnerships to facilitate product/procedure adoption.
• Ability to build and maintain active, collaborative relationships with sales personnel.
• Experience in managing collaborations with external agencies to create and deliver on-brand content.
• Proficient in prioritizing and adjusting focus to meet changing sales and customer requirements while achieving marketing goals.
• Experience in product launches and/or market growth strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and promotional standards for medical devices (e.g., AdvaMed Code).
• Willingness to travel 40% of the time.
