This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the comprehensive product marketing strategy, encompassing market research, competitive analysis, customer insights, and positioning.
• Spearhead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, significant feature updates, and expansions of EHSQ products.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and UX to guide feature prioritization and provide recommendations based on usability and customer feedback.
• Construct and enhance the messaging framework for EHSQ products, which includes environmental compliance tools, incident management, audits/inspections, and quality workflows.
• Develop sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, demo scripts, one-pagers, pitch decks, and objection-handling resources.
• Generate product-centric content including technical explainers, demo videos, workflows, use case guides, and industry-specific value propositions.
• Assist in partner programs and cross-sell strategies throughout TAG’s portfolio companies.
• Implement multi-channel product marketing campaigns via email, paid advertisements, LinkedIn, and web platforms.
• Evaluate performance metrics and enhance the effectiveness of product marketing efforts.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer, advocating for EHSQ user needs, industry regulations, and operational realities.
• Formulate and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate a qualified pipeline and support revenue growth.
• Define, monitor, and optimize marketing KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
• Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
• Demonstrated B2B product marketing experience within the software sector, preferably in EHSQ, compliance, risk, or operational SaaS.
• Proven track record of overseeing the complete go-to-market strategy, from planning to execution.
• Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging frameworks, and category development.
• Experience working collaboratively with Product, R&D, UX, and technical teams.
• Practical experience in creating sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and product demonstrations.
• Background in launching new products, modules, or brands.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling abilities for both technical and commercial audiences.
• Capability to manage multiple products and business units concurrently.
• Familiarity with EHSQ, compliance, risk, operations, or regulatory software.
• Experience with environmental, safety, or quality management workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a working knowledge of Figma.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation.
• Experience in producing demo videos, product walkthroughs, and technical explainers.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and product performance metrics.
• High aptitude for quickly learning new enterprise applications and technical environments.
