This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of a MI-based Client Centered Communication curriculum tailored for all proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced.

• Conduct live MI skills training sessions for financial professionals and leadership teams.

• Create scalable CCC coaching solutions utilizing AI-driven transcript analysis to enhance and assess one-on-one coaching effectiveness.

• Deliver personalized 1:1 CCC coaching to improve advisor skills and drive measurable behavior change.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to assess and monitor CCC competencies by business unit.

• Oversee and develop a dedicated CCC Instructor.

• Establish and maintain CCC scoring rubrics and performance criteria in partnership with Academy leadership.

• Examine advisor CCC performance metrics to identify coaching needs and develop tailored growth plans.

• Align CCC curriculum milestones with cohort timelines and certification pathways.

• Cultivate relationships across different business units to enhance a client-centered communication culture.

• Manage logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions for distributed advisor teams.

• Report directly to the Executive Director of the Mariner Academy.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in facilitating live, MI-based skills training for professional or leadership audiences.

• Background in providing 1:1 MI coaching or mentoring within a professional development context.

• Successful history of developing and scaling MI training content for a distributed professional audience.

• Preferred membership in the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).

• Expertise in MI coding, such as MITI or a similar framework, is preferred.

• Previous experience in 1:1 MI coaching is preferred.

• Supervisory or people-management experience is preferred.

• Experience in a finance-related field is preferred.

• Skills in Motivational Interviewing (MI) facilitation and coaching.

• Background in curriculum design and instructional development.

• Expertise in coaching and talent development.

• Ability to perform data-driven performance evaluations.

• Proficiency in technology and adaptability to new tools.

• Effective cross-functional relationship management skills.

• Strong people leadership and supervision capabilities.

• Self-directed program management skills.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
