Construction Manager 80–100%

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate construction and renovation projects concerning budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Lead and coordinate efforts among project stakeholders, such as planners, specialists, and contractors.

• Negotiate autonomously with authorities and other public-interest organizations.

• Draft and finalize essential contracts with consultants, contractors, and other partners.

• Collaborate closely with Asset Management, Property Management, Finance, and Sustainability teams.

• Provide support for projects from the initial phase through to completion.

• Maintain consistent communication with the Construction Romandie team.

• Make periodic visits to Wallisellen.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree from a university, university of applied sciences, or higher vocational education in construction-related fields such as architecture, civil engineering, construction project management, or site management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in independently managing construction projects.

• Initial experience in project development.

• Familiarity with planning and zoning laws, as well as construction contract law.

• Highly organized and structured approach to work.

• Confidence in selecting, onboarding, and managing external partners.

• Proficiency in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) tools.

• Strong negotiation abilities and the capability to assert oneself effectively.

• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to contributing to a diverse team.

• Fluency in both written and spoken French and German (minimum C1 level).

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
