This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee a portfolio of 10β12 chapters, serving as the primary staff relationship manager.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for Area Directors, Chapter Staff, and Chapter Presidents.
β’ Organize and participate in at least one monthly meeting with Area Directors, Chapter Staff, and Presidents.
β’ Address operational and member-related challenges, escalating risks or concerns as necessary.
β’ Foster healthy and sustainable chapters by upholding EO standards and identifying potential risks.
β’ Promote growth and retention strategies while collaborating on growth forecasting, incentives, and dashboards.
β’ Serve as a liaison between chapters and the EO Renewal Team to assist with payment processes, troubleshooting, and quarterly follow-ups.
β’ Function as a regional product ambassador with extensive product knowledge.
β’ Assist in chapter strategic planning to ensure alignment with regional and global priorities.
β’ Promote, support, and attend Annual, Mid-Year, and Long-Term Planning Strategy Summits.
β’ Collaborate with facilitators to ensure clear outcomes from summits.
β’ Ensure summit participants complete mandatory Chapter Officer Training.
β’ Act as Project Manager for Presidents Meetings, Chapter Staff Events, Leadership Summits, and other regional gatherings.
β’ Support the Global Leadership Conference, Regional Leadership Academies, and alignment meetings.
β’ Encourage engagement across chapters and regions, representing the region at key events.
β’ Consult with and assist the Regional Director in developing a leadership pipeline and engagement strategy.
β’ Promote and communicate Path of Leadership opportunities, driving awareness and submissions while supporting interview coordination.
β’ Participate in Multi-Functional Director and Expert interviews.
β’ Maintain collaboration with stakeholders involved in interview and ratification processes.
β’ Serve as the staff liaison to Area Directors, Growth & Member Engagement Directors, and Experts.
β’ Assist Directors in preparation for Regional Council meetings.
β’ Contribute regional insights and expertise to three-year regional strategic planning.
β’ Capture, analyze, and generate data-driven insights using EO systems and tools.
β’ Monitor chapter status, leadership transitions, and health and growth indicators for forecasting purposes.
β’ Maintain dashboards related to funding and incentive programs.
β’ Collaborate across regions and portfolios to support chapters and share best practices.
β’ Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
β’ A minimum of 3β5 years of experience in product engagement, program management, product marketing, member engagement, or a related field.
β’ Experience in a membership-based, nonprofit, association, or global organization is highly preferred.
β’ Familiarity with working across diverse regions, cultures, or languages is advantageous.
β’ Proficiency in English is required.
β’ Willingness to travel regionally and globally (35%), including periods with increased seasonal travel demands.
β’ Capability to manage and support a chapter portfolio as the primary staff relationship manager.
β’ Strong skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management.
β’ Good judgment in identifying risks and escalating issues appropriately.
β’ Ability to uphold standards while fostering trusted advisory relationships.
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
β’ Proven experience acting as project manager for regional events.
β’ Proficient in capturing, analyzing, and interpreting data using relevant systems and tools.
