This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage the complete lifecycle marketing function for Dataiku.
• Create a comprehensive email and lifecycle calendar for prospect, new-user, and customer initiatives.
• Oversee frequency, suppression logic, deliverability, segmentation, and audience standards.
• Establish standards for launching lifecycle programs, including entry criteria, success metrics, and exit criteria.
• Design onboarding, activation, account progression, and named-account nurture programs for new users.
• Provide Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with insights into previous lead communications.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to develop programs for customer adoption, education, retention, and expansion.
• Manage the lifecycle aspect of the marketing automation infrastructure, incorporating HubSpot workflows, Salesforce integration, and 6sense account and intent data.
• Consolidate, document, and maintain current nurture workflows.
• Report on lifecycle contributions through metrics such as engagement progression, influenced pipeline, retention, and expansion.
• Ensure data quality, deliverability, consent, and record hygiene in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
• Create lifecycle applications within agentic workflows, focusing on audience assembly, copy variation, program quality assurance, and performance summaries.
• Define the standards for lifecycle agents and the requirements for human-in-the-loop processes.
• Build and expand the lifecycle team as the function evolves.
• Foster alignment among Web, Content, Acquisition, Field, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Customer Success regarding the lifecycle function.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in lifecycle, nurture, email, or growth marketing, preferably in B2B enterprise software with extensive, multi-threaded buying cycles.
• Practical experience with marketing automation tools; in-depth knowledge of HubSpot or Marketo and fluency in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with complex nurture programs and the corresponding data models in HubSpot/Marketo and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, frequency capping, suppression, consent, and list hygiene.
• Experience in both prospect and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Proficient in intent and account data analysis, including tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or similar platforms.
• Experience utilizing large language models (LLMs) and comfort with AI development.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define, instrument, and defend metrics.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage tradeoffs, and establish functions through influence.
• Experience collaborating across regions within a global organization.
• Excellent command of written English.
• Proficiency in other languages is appreciated but not mandatory.
