This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Care Access's multi-channel media strategy to enhance media ROI and boost conversions for health programs.
• Take ownership of the media strategy discipline, encompassing audience definition, market intelligence, investment planning, performance management, and ongoing experimentation.
• Propel integrated planning, align stakeholders, and execute campaigns to improve patient engagement and recruitment.
• Create and refine actionable audience segments utilizing first-party, platform, behavioral, geographic, and market data.
• Convert patient and market insights into targeting, messaging, channel, and investment strategies.
• Collaborate with Analytics, CRM/Marketing Automation, Clinical Operations, and Recruitment Operations on audience definitions, data needs, and activation-ready segments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that define channel roles, audience sequencing, investment mix, flighting, KPIs, and optimization triggers.
• Balance national and local market investments based on recruitment priorities, anticipated yield, market opportunities, site capacity, and business needs.
• Analyze audience and campaign data to guide strategy and optimization efforts.
• Create standardized templates for strategic planning and briefing processes.
• Establish strategy for paid social, programmatic, video, OOH, paid search, and other patient recruitment channels.
• Manage the channel roadmap and decide when to scale, introduce, or retire tactics.
• Maintain hands-on platform fluency while establishing strategic direction, quality standards, and operational rhythms for internal specialists and external partners.
• Conduct in-depth performance analyses to identify growth opportunities and areas for execution refinement.
• Manage and allocate a multi-million dollar digital media budget, including forecasting, pacing, scenario planning, and reallocation suggestions.
• Set up campaign tracking, governance, and version-control systems.
• Lead agency and vendor strategies, including scope definition, performance expectations, evaluations, and accountability.
• Create measurement plans that connect media KPIs to recruitment outcomes and overall business impact.
• Establish performance rhythms that include in-flight optimization, weekly reporting, monthly business reviews, and campaign learning agendas.
• Develop a prioritized test-and-learn roadmap across creative, audience, channel, bidding, landing page, market, and investment hypotheses.
• Design A/B testing, geo-holdouts, lift studies, and incrementality experiments.
• Collaborate with Analytics to enhance attribution and incrementality capabilities, including multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modeling.
• Work with Development and Analytics to further enhance marketing automation capabilities.
• Proven experience in healthcare media strategy is essential.
• Proficiency in full funnel campaign strategy, including paid social, programmatic, paid search, and other marketing channels.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in defining KPIs and translating performance insights into actionable optimization recommendations.
• Demonstrated capability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
• A strong passion for data analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
• Experience in developing multi-million dollar advertising strategies.
• A proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate strategic priorities into executable go-to-market plans.
• Strong commitment to embracing and utilizing AI tools in daily tasks.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on platform experience is necessary for training and mentoring teams.
• Familiarity with audience building platforms (experience with MRI is a plus!).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
• 7-9 years of experience in integrated media strategy, particularly in healthcare.
• Previous experience in an agency setting is preferred.
• Ability to operate keyboards and other computer equipment.
• Must be remote within the United States.
