This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the team's quarterly and annual targets for new business and growth revenue.
• Provide accurate forecasting and identify risks proactively.
• Schedule weekly one-on-ones, pipeline assessments, and forecasting discussions.
• Ensure the team is accountable for qualified meetings, opportunity generation, stage advancement, and cycle duration.
• Evaluate discovery notes, business cases, and mutual action plans.
• Mentor sellers on live deals through call reviews, deal involvement, and debriefs.
• Develop individual growth plans and conduct skill enhancement sessions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard sales representatives.
• Acknowledge strong performances and address any underperformance issues.
• Work together with Marketing on campaign follow-ups and lead quality assessments.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations on territory structuring and compensation plans.
• Partner with Product and Solution Consulting for positioning and competitive strategies.
• Manage sales methodologies, call frameworks, objection management, and CRM data integrity.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Marketing teams.
• Construct and utilize dashboards to evaluate conversion rates, productivity, and win ratios.
• Ensure the team accurately represents products and adheres to Veradigm's compliance, privacy, and HIPAA requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 7 years in B2B sales.
• Minimum of 3 years managing a quota-carrying inside sales, SDR, or full-cycle sales team.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing team revenue goals over multiple periods.
• Experience in coaching sellers through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar platforms.
• Ability to independently develop reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with executive audiences.
• Capability to effectively lead a distributed team.
• Preferred: Experience in Healthcare IT, health plans, revenue cycles, or life sciences sales.
• Preferred: Knowledge of provider, payer, or life sciences technology procurement and security review processes.
• Preferred: Background in a high-growth or transformational environment.
• Preferred: Experience in designing sales enablement, onboarding programs, or rolling out sales methodologies.
