Inside Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Receive, log, and monitor customer orders, ensuring precise delivery information

• Offer professional customer service through phone and email communication

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance

• Create and issue quotes

• Handle order-related documentation

• Assist sales personnel with various responsibilities

• Update CRM and ERP systems accordingly

• Maintain customer data

• Ensure all documentation is accurate and current

• Execute additional tasks associated with customer support

• Collaborate closely with the local sales team to facilitate their daily operations

• Oversee the entire process from Request for Quotation (RFQ) to order fulfillment

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, order administration, or inside sales, or relevant educational background to kickstart a career in this area

• Experience in the PCB and/or Electronics industry is beneficial but not mandatory

• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to excel in a role with frequent customer interactions

• Professional and solution-driven approach to work

• Enjoys structure, organization, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Residing in either Spain or Portugal
