This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.
• Oversee inbound opportunities from the initial contact to closure and engage in proactive outbound prospecting.
• Comprehend customer requirements, pinpoint appropriate solutions, formulate business cases, and sustain the momentum of the sales process.
• Enhance existing accounts to boost product usage and uncover upselling and cross-selling possibilities.
• Collaborate with channel partners on customer engagement, qualification of opportunities, commercial execution, education, and enablement.
• Supply customers and partners with product details, technical resources, and application assistance.
• Implement targeted outreach programs, encompassing call and email campaigns, webinars, product initiatives, and account-based engagement.
• Monitor customer interactions, document opportunities, manage the progression of the pipeline, and deliver precise forecasts in CRM.
• Gather competitive, market, and customer insights to aid in territory strategy.
• Assist Account Executives and field colleagues with account research, customer meetings, follow-ups, quotes, trials, and ongoing opportunities.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with customers from the initial engagement through to adoption and continued usage.
• Partner with Marketing, Field Applications Scientists, Technical Support, Account Executives, channel partners, and other team members.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, ideally in Life Sciences, Genetics, Genomics, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, in written and verbal forms.
• Experience in commercial roles such as inside sales, account management, or other customer-facing positions within research, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, clinical settings, genomics, or other life sciences sectors.
• Strong understanding of DNA sequencing technologies and their applications.
• Capability to grasp scientific customer needs and convert them into relevant commercial opportunities.
• Confidence in conducting proactive outbound customer engagement and managing incoming opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple opportunities at once.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented commercial atmosphere.
• Proactive attitude, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
