πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop and execute effective, scalable, and legally compliant HR shared-services processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

β€’ Lead the HR Services team to guarantee precise and prompt handling of employee requests.

β€’ Oversee vendors, ensuring contractual compliance, deliverables, and opportunities for enhancement.

β€’ Create and implement HR Services SLAs, associated policies, and training materials for end-users.

β€’ Generate and share regular metrics with stakeholders, utilizing HR Analytics to identify and address pain points and process deficiencies.

β€’ Ensure HR compliance, including handling I-9s, timely terminations, and data retention protocols.

β€’ Partner with HR COE leadership teams to explore and deploy new HR shared services with seamless workflow integration.

β€’ Conduct annual reviews of SOPs, ensuring that materials are current and accessible.

β€’ Act as the HR Services subject matter expert on special projects and significant HR/business initiatives.

β€’ Investigate, resolve, and convey appropriate actions for complex and non-routine HR Services issues.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 8 years of experience in various HR functional areas, with substantial expertise in LOA, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll.

β€’ At least 2 years of experience in people leadership and management.

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

β€’ Proven analytical skills; experience in developing reporting mechanisms and managing large data sets to identify root causes, discern patterns, and resolve complex challenges.

β€’ Established history of providing consultative advice to managers and HR professionals regarding Leave of Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll.

β€’ Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as creating executive-level reports and presentations.

β€’ Ability to lead and influence partners at all levels, across various geographies and backgrounds.

β€’ Comfortable in a dynamic environment; adaptable to changing business conditions and requirements.

β€’ Skilled in managing highly sensitive information with complete confidentiality and professionalism.

β€’ Quick to conceptualize, think critically, and develop effective frameworks.

β€’ Proficient in multitasking, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating in a team setting.

β€’ Capable of working independently and in group settings with minimal guidance and without direct supervision.

β€’ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

β€’ Competent in Workday functionalities.

β€’ Preferred: advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

β€’ Preferred: experience in global HR settings.

β€’ Preferred: experience in multi-unit environments.
