This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to site and functional leaders, converting business requirements into HR strategies for a diverse, multi-location workforce.

• Develop and execute employee engagement programs while analyzing turnover data to enhance retention rates.

• Influence and mentor managers on personnel decisions, challenging conversations, and change management processes.

• Oversee employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management support, and policy interpretation.

• Analyze employee relations trends and collaborate with field leaders on effective countermeasures.

• Manage the leave-of-absence processes, including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leaves, in coordination with the Benefits and Legal teams.

• Respond to employee inquiries and questions, escalating complex matters as necessary.

• Contribute to the development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems.

• Assist in talent planning, performance calibration, compensation processes, and workforce planning.

• Collaborate with leadership and Talent Acquisition to attract, develop, and retain high-caliber talent.

• Serve as the final interviewer for all salaried positions.

• Design and implement strategies to address talent shortages and enhance organizational capability.

• Provide daily HR guidance to managers regarding employee management, policies, processes, and practices.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.

• Travel to remote or satellite locations as required to foster relationships and meet on-site HR needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including a background as an HR Business Partner supporting a multi-site or dispersed workforce.

• Proven, hands-on experience in employee engagement, employee relations, and talent management.

• Solid understanding of employment law, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and relevant state laws.

• Capacity to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs, and expectations.

• Ability to influence and challenge others, demonstrating effective conflict management skills.

• Focus on overarching strategy, balancing brand requirements with the overall business needs.

• Competence in decision-making and problem-solving while operating under pressure.

• Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively to develop a business case.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated public speaking abilities.

• Capability to engage effectively with management and personnel across all company levels.

• Proficiency in planning, managing, and leading projects successfully.

• Proven ability to thrive in a geographically dispersed and matrixed organization.

• Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.

• Demonstrated judgment and initiative in completing job responsibilities.

• Ability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel to support a dispersed workforce.

• Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR.
