This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Serve as the primary escalation point for intricate and sensitive employee matters throughout the EMEA region.
β’ Manage cases from initiation to conclusion when they cannot be resolved by Level 1 and Level 2 HR teams.
β’ Oversee escalations related to contracts, onboarding, leave, payroll and benefits inquiries, employee relations, and offboarding.
β’ Conduct investigations, evaluate risks, identify underlying issues, and establish suitable resolution strategies.
β’ Assist employees and clients via tickets, emails, and phone calls, including handling sensitive discussions and customer de-escalation.
β’ Collaborate closely with Payroll, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and regional stakeholders to resolve cases effectively.
β’ Maintain clear and precise documentation within ticketing and HR systems.
β’ Recognize recurring issues and document procedures and guidance to mitigate future escalations.
β’ 4β6+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, Shared Services HR, Employee Relations, EOR, PEO, or a comparable environment.
β’ Strong knowledge of multi-country EMEA HR practices; experience supporting Spain, Italy, the UK, Germany, and France is highly preferred.
β’ Demonstrated experience in independently managing complex HR escalations and sensitive employee matters.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle, including employment documentation, leave, payroll and benefits, employee relations, and offboarding.
β’ Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the capacity to communicate confidently and empathetically with employees and clients.
β’ Strong judgment, investigative skills, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management expertise.
β’ Experience with ticketing or case-management tools such as Intercom, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
β’ Previous experience with EOR, PEO, or in a global employment context is highly preferred.
