This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Act as the main HR Business Partner for Sales leaders in North America and EMEA.
• Align human resources strategies with business goals, revenue growth, and organizational priorities.
• Evaluate organizational efficiency, team structure, workforce planning, and talent requirements.
• Provide coaching to leaders on performance management, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and talent development.
• Assist with succession planning, organizational design, restructuring, role alignment, and headcount planning.
• Facilitate talent review, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Recognize high-potential talent and develop leadership advancement strategies.
• Utilize workforce data and analytics to offer recommendations and actionable insights.
• Lead and support change management and transformation initiatives.
• Guide leaders through organizational change, communication strategies, employee engagement, and process adoption.
• Foster integration and alignment between North America and EMEA teams.
• Coach sales leaders and promote leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to address skill gaps and create development plans.
• Work alongside Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies, workforce planning, talent forecasting, and candidate evaluations.
• Forge partnerships across regional leadership teams, HR colleagues, and Centers of Excellence.
• Enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
• Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
• Function within a private equity-backed environment, supporting productivity, organizational effectiveness, and value-creation efforts.
• Collaborate with business and finance leaders on workforce metrics, organizational planning, and headcount management.
• Over 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• A minimum of 4 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
• Experience in supporting Sales, Revenue, Commercial, Go-to-Market, or Customer-facing organizations.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior and executive leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Demonstrated change management and transformation expertise.
• Experience with multi-country or global teams, ideally within North America and EMEA.
• Ability to influence and establish credibility with leaders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen that connects HR strategies to business results.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in utilizing workforce data for decision-making.
• Preferred experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth technology organization.
