Senior Manager, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead an expanding team of Senior Associates and Analysts to conduct data analytics that inform decision-making and ensure efficient operations within the Sales Call Center.

• Drive key initiatives aimed at enhancing growth velocity and improving the return on investment for acquisition spending.

• Partner with growth leaders to create and sustain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting that generates insights and actionable items to boost performance.

• Work collaboratively with Product, IT, Telephony, and Workforce Management teams to maintain seamless operations for the Sales Call Center.

• Create materials and facilitate discussions with relevant organizational leaders.

• Address additional strategic and analytical priorities as identified by the Lead Director of Sales Excellence.

• Perform other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, STEM, economics, statistics).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing operations within a sales call center.

• An analytical and strategic thinker with a strong intellectual curiosity.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; proven capability to influence decision-making across various leadership levels.

• A flexible and effective team player with a track record of success in a dynamic environment; adept at collaborating with multiple teams to advance initiatives.

• Strong attention to detail and experience in utilizing data analytics to address challenges.

• A keen interest in, experience with, and/or passion for healthcare and value-based care; experience in sales organizations or call centers is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Dataiku, SQL, or other programming languages is a plus.

• Valid US work authorization.
