This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Submit proposals for engaging interactive learning sessions at the 2026 Pathway to Sustainable Enterprise Growth forum.
• Contribute to a forum that emphasizes evidence-based learning, adaptability, and the sustainable scaling of interventions.
• Share hands-on experience, credible evidence, transferable tools, and insights from both successes and failures.
• Promote active participant involvement through interactive session formats.
• Enhance the effectiveness, inclusivity, scalability, and sustainability of support for rural women entrepreneurs.
• Generate, disseminate, and utilize evidence-based learning to guide adaptive management practices.
• Strengthen the role of Enterprise Support Organizations as strategic partners in knowledge sharing.
• Compare P2S methodologies with established models from similar development initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Encourage open dialogue about successes and challenges to enhance performance among implementation partners.
• Foster networking, collaboration, and future partnerships among Enterprise Support Organizations and other key ecosystem players.
• Submit a proposal for an interactive learning session at the 2026 Pathway to Sustainable Enterprise Growth forum.
• Proposals should incorporate practical experience, credible evidence, transferable tools, insights from both successes and failures, and actively engage participants.
• Provide innovative, evidence-based learning or significantly build upon existing practices.
• Translate lessons learned into practical tools, recommendations, or modifications.
• Actively engage participants instead of relying solely on lecture-style presentations.
• Include honest reflections on what worked, what did not work, and the reasons behind these outcomes.
• Center the experiences and viewpoints of rural women entrepreneurs, including those from marginalized groups.
• Incorporate diverse perspectives from various countries, sectors, and stakeholder groups whenever possible.
• Connect learning to themes of scaling, sustainability, systems strengthening, localization, and inclusion.
• Eligible submitters include Enterprise Support Organizations, business development service providers, organizations focused on young rural women, financial institutions, investors, fintechs, inclusive finance stakeholders, researchers, universities, government agencies, policymakers, private-sector companies, international development organizations, donors, women entrepreneurs, and entrepreneur networks.
• Proposals should be submitted via the WUSC website or directly via email to kniyomutabazi@wusc.ca, glemma@wusc.ca, and p2s@wusc.ca.
• Submission deadline: 8 October 2026.
