This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the paid media strategy, execution, and performance for CTV and Podcast initiatives from start to finish.
• Oversee relationships with CTV and Podcast agencies, ensuring partners meet performance and delivery expectations.
• Create and implement testing roadmaps that include audience targeting, creative formats, publisher mix, and purchasing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Analytics team on incrementality and lift studies.
• Convert study findings into actionable optimization strategies and investment suggestions.
• Provide briefs for channel-specific creative assets and offer feedback focused on performance and brand objectives.
• Balance brand-building efforts with performance goals considering CAC and growth targets.
• Facilitate integrated planning within the paid marketing team.
• Maintain schedules for the launch of paid campaigns.
• Identify risks, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure adherence to launch timelines.
• Coordinate creative requests across various channels.
• Ensure tracking is properly scoped, implemented, and quality assured before launches.
• Act as the primary communication hub among paid marketing, creative, analytics, and agency partners.
• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• Direct, hands-on experience managing CTV and/or Podcast campaigns aligned with performance KPIs.
• In-depth understanding of the CTV ecosystem, including streaming platform dynamics, publisher relationships, measurement techniques, inventory quality, and targeting strategies.
• Experience in managing Podcast media across host-read, produced, and programmatic ad formats.
• Familiarity with dynamic ad insertion, publisher partnerships, and podcast-specific attribution methods.
• Ability to manage agency relationships, establish clear expectations, and ensure accountability for performance.
• Experience in designing and interpreting incrementality studies, MMM inputs, and channel-level performance analysis.
• Ability to convert data insights into straightforward recommendations.
• Proven skills in project management and coordination.
• Experience in creating workback schedules, aligning stakeholders, and proactively addressing obstacles.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and external agency partners.
