This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the marketing strategy and implementation for conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Coordinate event promotion, booth experiences, onsite execution, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
• Design and carry out multi-channel campaigns utilizing email, events, webinars, digital channels, and other growth initiatives.
• Develop and enhance email campaigns, audience segmentation, nurture programs, webinar communications, and follow-ups after events.
• Oversee webinars and digital programs from promotion and registration to execution, follow-up, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales to streamline the transition from marketing engagement to qualified discussions and pipeline development.
• Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, sourced and influenced pipeline, and channel effectiveness.
• Convert campaign results into actionable recommendations for future investments.
• Maintain campaign processes, audience lists, attribution, CRM hygiene, and reporting in conjunction with Sales and Revenue Operations.
• Assist in co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners, including joint launches, webinars, events, and campaigns.
• Work together with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the VP of Marketing on campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage programs from inception to measurement, coordinating audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, follow-up, and reporting.
• 0-3 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, event marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing.
• Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns from strategy to measurement.
• Extensive experience with B2B events and trade shows, covering planning, onsite execution, lead generation, and follow-up.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the year for industry conferences, events, and company initiatives.
• Proficient in email marketing and campaign management, including segmentation, nurturing, testing, and performance analysis.
• Capability to link marketing activities to measurable outcomes, including engagement, qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, events, and deadlines concurrently.
• Comfortable using CRM, marketing automation, webinar, analytics, and campaign management platforms.
• Data-driven, inquisitive, and open to testing new strategies and continuously enhancing performance.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, GovTech, public safety, or another complex B2B market is preferred.
• Hands-on approach to marketing, integrating campaign planning with execution.
• Ability to make decisions swiftly, execute promptly, and adapt based on results.
• Capability to represent EPR alongside customers, prospects, partners, and the Sales team.
• Understanding of the commercial impact of marketing contributions to pipeline and revenue.
• Skill in managing detailed execution while keeping broader growth objectives in mind.
• Excellent communication, ownership, follow-through, and a collaborative working style.
• Interest in automation and AI for enhancing marketing productivity and performance.
