This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle processes throughout the Group, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Promote uniformity and standardization across different businesses and regions.
• Ensure that controls, governance, and compliance are maintained in all People transactions.
• Take ownership of the efficiency and ongoing enhancement of the HR technology ecosystem.
• Lead the optimization and development of Human Capital Management (HCM) and HR systems.
• Collaborate with Technology teams and external partners to implement integrations, enhancements, and improved user experiences.
• Advocate for the adoption of innovative People technologies.
• Identify chances to automate manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement AI-driven solutions, self-service tools, and intelligent workflows.
• Foster innovation while upholding data governance and compliance standards.
• Assess and communicate the impact of automation through business and employee outcomes.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of People data.
• Lead readiness for audits and compliance activities across various jurisdictions.
• Develop service dashboards and operational insights to support business decisions.
• Oversee the operational execution of People transformation programs, integrations, and organizational change initiatives.
• Simplify and standardize processes across different brands and locations.
• Provide guidance on operational design, service delivery, and future People operating models.
• Extensive leadership experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations.
• Experience working in both UK and international markets.
• Proven track record of leading teams that are geographically dispersed.
• Strong background in delivering HR transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in managing the employee lifecycle, governance, and service delivery.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing processes, improving efficiency, and introducing automation.
• Practical experience with AI, workflow tools, or technology-enabled advancements in HR operations.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, particularly with Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Must be located in the UK or Ireland.
