People Connect Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver inquiry and transactional support services to People Practices clients utilizing case management tools, telephony, chat, and email platforms.

• Manage basic employee data transactions effectively.

• Address daily inquiries promptly, accurately, and in accordance with compliance standards.

• Initiate and document transactions while adhering to procedures and data privacy regulations.

• Offer professional and inclusive customer service to all clients.

• Escalate complicated issues following established protocols.

• Stay updated on current People Practices policies and programs.

• Prioritize inquiries and ensure thorough follow-up until resolution.

• Use Workday, ServiceNow, and related systems to facilitate transactions and resolve basic issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma is mandatory.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.

• Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (written and oral) is REQUIRED for this position.

• Availability for late-shift coverage until 7:00 PM PST is necessary.

• Familiarity with case management and knowledge management tools, as well as telephony, chat, online cases, and email platforms.

• Understanding of People Practices policies and programs.

• Ability to adhere to data privacy, case documentation, and audit requirements.
