
Senior Manager, Global Travel & Card

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the global travel and corporate card strategy in alignment with FICO's business objectives.
• Establish and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and traveler satisfaction.
• Develop the strategic framework to foster innovation, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Evaluate and improve the entire travel experience, addressing any issues encountered.
• Create communications designed to influence traveler behavior and increase program adoption.
• Supervise global Travel Management Company and Corporate Card operations.
• Manage relationships with preferred suppliers and lead the sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and performance management processes.
• Update global travel and card policies to align with business needs, market dynamics, and compliance standards.
• Promote adherence to policies through education, communication, and system enhancements.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures and value capture initiatives.
• Analyze spending data, develop business cases, and present insights to senior leadership.
• Optimize travel booking tools and card platforms for usability, compliance, and reporting purposes.
• Ensure travel risk management and duty-of-care protocols are in place to protect traveler safety and support crisis response.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Internal Audit, HR, Legal, Marketing, Physical Security, Risk, and Executive Administration.
• Work closely with C-suite and executive teams.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement while staying updated on industry trends.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
• Experience in corporate travel, with a focus on managing a company travel program.
• Knowledge of travel booking tool functionalities, capabilities, and site messaging.
• Familiarity with corporate card programs and associated technologies.
• Proven track record in contract sourcing and negotiation for travel and card services and suppliers.
• Experience working collaboratively across diverse global cultures and regions to implement local programs within a global framework.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to earn support and trust from all organizational levels with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of travel KPIs and related metrics, capable of reporting to all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Experience in developing business cases for change, leveraging business acumen, market intelligence, and insights.
• Strong communication skills; actively listens and appreciates others’ viewpoints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, along with relevant AI tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
