Senior Manager, Global Payroll – HRIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute US payroll operations, including bi-weekly payroll, off-cycle runs, and incentive payrolls.

• Ensure compliance with US payroll tax regulations across relevant tax jurisdictions.

• Collaborate with the Benefits team regarding life event changes that impact employee contributions and eligibility for benefits.

• Handle off-cycle payouts such as severance, spot bonuses, and COBRA reimbursements.

• Supervise payroll processes for both exempt and non-exempt employees, ensuring accuracy in hours worked and time card approvals.

• Prepare and verify W-2 forms, along with managing annual and quarterly tax submissions with ADP.

• Address unemployment insurance claims, wage validation inquiries, and wage garnishments.

• Manage, analyze, and resolve issues related to large, complex payroll datasets utilizing advanced Excel skills.

• Develop scalable payroll processes and foster accountability with Finance, Accounting, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Treasury teams.

• Ensure adherence to local payroll regulations in the UK, Germany, Italy, France, Moldova, Serbia, and China.

• Lead initiatives for HRIS data integrity, process flows, reporting, AI-driven HR process enhancement, and the development of executive dashboards, analytics, and insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience, including senior leadership roles.

• Demonstrated capability to lead a significant function or department.

• Experience in strategic planning and long-term execution.

• Strong financial and operational management skills.

• Proven experience in developing leaders and succession planning.

• Exceptional presentation and influencing skills at the executive level.

• Extensive knowledge of US payroll tax regulations.

• Proficient in Excel and adept at handling large, complex datasets.

• Experience in managing US payroll operations, ensuring HRIS data integrity, process flows, and reporting.

• Familiarity with local payroll practices across EU markets, as well as in Moldova, Serbia, and China.
