📋 Description

• Manage payroll processing for UK and US entities, including Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements in the US, UK, and Western Europe for non-core staffing solutions.

• Execute payroll journals in Payfit and oversee the Rippling integration to ensure smooth synchronization of payroll entries.

• Handle employee expenses for UK and US staff in NetSuite for reimbursement through payroll.

• Process benefit invoices and oversee payments related to benefits, statutory deductions, and taxes.

• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts associated with payroll.

• Calculate quarterly VAT obligations.

• Assess Group VC accruals.

• Enhance finance systems for improved efficiency.

• Undertake special project assignments as directed by the Group Financial Controller.

• Collaborate closely with HR, Delivery Operations, Sales, and other departments to ensure accurate financial records and payroll outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in multi-currency bookkeeping and accounting for statutory entities in both the US and UK.

• Understanding of how Employer-of-Record ('EoR') relationships function in relation to payroll, commission plans, and benefits.

• Proficiency with the NetSuite General Ledger system.

• A self-starter capable of performing routine tasks to ensure smooth payroll and accounting operations, while also adopting a principles-based approach to address non-routine issues as they arise.

• Comfortable collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Directors & Officers of legal entities, senior management, and remote staff across various time zones.
