• Take ownership of the entire payroll process for designated clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and/or Rippling, along with the customized Salesforce CRM.

• Efficiently handle a comprehensive range of payroll administration tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

• Achieve client survey ratings of 9 or higher by providing reliable, high-quality service.

• Foster strong, trusting relationships with client contacts and team members.

• Proficient in multi-client payroll and payroll technology, with the ability to manage numerous clients simultaneously.
