This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead regional service delivery teams that manage payroll processes, time and attendance, and associated regional services.

• Identify both immediate and long-term support requirements, service models, and operational frameworks.

• Address payroll inquiries from employees, managers, and HRM stakeholders.

• Oversee payroll processes and manage performance metrics of outsourced payroll service delivery.

• Supervise the management, documentation, and communication of regional payroll programs, policies, and procedures.

• Handle payroll calculations related to wages, deductions, and employee payments.

• Establish payroll schedules, reconciliations, special processing plans, and document business and local requirements.

• Track regional government regulations and labor law changes impacting payroll processes.

• Manage regional employee records, including tax documents and employee files.

• Review reconciliations and reports for accuracy.

• Spearhead the planning and implementation of various large-scale transition initiatives.

• Provide expert support and service for regional payroll and time & attendance programs.

• Drive compliance, productivity, and efficiency improvements for payroll and time & attendance systems.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing on innovative approaches and best practices.

• Influence stakeholders and service providers to achieve strategic priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• At least 5 years of experience managing a large payroll function.

• Specialized expertise with payroll systems; experience with Workday payroll is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with time and attendance systems, preferably in manufacturing settings.

• Proven project management capabilities; adept at documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.

• Experience providing independent technical guidance and advice to HR stakeholders.

• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence, advise, and guide others.

• Capacity to propose new solutions and offer recommendations.

• Proven judgment in decision-making and handling complex scenarios or challenges.

• Ability to evaluate information quality and ask relevant questions of stakeholders.

• Skill in transferring knowledge and developing others through coaching and mentoring.

• Ability to work independently while leading, guiding, and coordinating others within a predefined budget.

• Logical, structured, and process-oriented approach to thinking.

• Detail-oriented and numerically focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of finance for business operations.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, as applicable; employees may be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
