This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Lead the strategy, programs, and policies of the Global Mobility Center of Excellence related to Global Mobility systems and essential processes.
• Oversee individual tax compliance and the equalization policy.
• Design and manage the strategy for tax vendors.
• Create and standardize RTX tax processes, including tax authorizations, in collaboration with Payroll, Corporate Tax, HR, global mobility operations, and tax vendors.
• Manage and oversee a global employment company.
• Innovate processes and enhance data visualization within mobility technology.
• Address and resolve complex employee and business escalations throughout the assignment lifecycle.
• Keep track of mobility innovations and policy trends, identifying opportunities for their application.
• Develop training materials and communication for Global Mobility stakeholders.
• Define requirements and create governance reports while managing their implementation.
• Liaise with HR, legal, tax, finance, and payroll to align cross-functional teams on new mobility concepts, practices, and strategies.
• Enhance mobility processes and systems by leveraging RTX resources, addressing business needs, and incorporating industry best practices.
• Support the development, harmonization, and implementation of processes that enhance the global mobility service delivery model.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability in organization, planning, and decision-making.
• Capacity to balance business and employee needs while adhering to legal and regulatory obligations.
• Strong project management capabilities to successfully drive complex projects to completion.
• Familiarity and experience with global mobility operations.
• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems by identifying root causes, designing solutions, and executing results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take the initiative in problem-solving.
• Experience with Equus or a similar Global Mobility technology platform is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
