This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Manage the upkeep of weekly and monthly capacity plans, encompassing volume, handle time, shrinkage, and occupancy assumptions, to formulate staffing strategies.
• Regularly engage in discussions about planning with Operations, Finance, and other support departments.
• Act as the primary leadership contact for Operations.
• Ensure precise forecasts for volume and key performance metrics across all business lines.
• Generate and communicate forecasts that are vendor-locked.
• Oversee staffing planning during peak seasons, which includes coordinating new-hire classes and targeting specific lines of business.
• Gather and compile quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Conduct frequent reviews of forecast and capacity-plan data in collaboration with Operations and support teams.
• Provide staffing needs and additional information required for the RFP process.
• Lead a team tasked with forecasting, determining staffing needs, tracking metrics performance, and performing both ad hoc and recurring analyses.
• Execute forecasting, modeling, performance projections, basic financial variance explanations, and analytical tasks.
• A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in forecasting within a large contact center environment, PBM, or Specialty Pharmacy Call Center, including back office Workforce Management/Resource Planning.
• Moderate understanding of finance fundamentals.
• Experience in long-range planning, particularly strategic planning for 12–18 months ahead.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with Avaya/CMS or Verint is advantageous.
• A strong curiosity to instigate change and enhance processes.
• Capability to gather, review, analyze, and compile data from various sources.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing competing demands.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• Preferred: Over 10 years of experience in Pharmacy/PBM Operations.
• Proficiency in planning and optimizing operations.
