Senior Manager, Field & Event Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and expand Cin7's global field and event marketing initiatives across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of trade shows, industry conferences, roadshows, customer events, partner activations, webinars, and experiences hosted by Cin7.

• Create integrated marketing campaigns for pre-event, onsite, and post-event phases.

• Collaborate with teams including Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, Creative, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and senior leadership.

• Ensure alignment of field marketing efforts with company goals and go-to-market strategies.

• Assess and enhance performance, showcasing ROI and the impact of field marketing on pipeline and revenue.

• Oversee budgets, agencies, vendors, and the logistics of event operations.

• Utilize AI-driven tools and new marketing technologies to enhance workflows and campaign effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in field marketing, event marketing, or managing integrated campaigns.

• Proven experience in building or scaling field marketing programs within a SaaS or rapidly growing technology organization.

• Track record of successfully planning and executing regional events, conferences, customer gatherings, and executive experiences that yield measurable business outcomes.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

• Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on.

• Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Strong influencing skills across all organizational levels.

• Data-oriented mindset with experience in evaluating campaign performance and event ROI.

• Openness to adopting AI and emerging marketing technologies.
