This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the annual events portfolio strategy encompassing HME suppliers, clinicians, health systems, and payers.

• Oversee the events budget and provide recommendations on where to increase, maintain, or reduce expenditures.

• Execute events from start to finish, handling logistics, booth and asset management, staffing coordination, and on-site representation.

• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Account Management to direct event leads into campaigns and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Manage lead capture, ROI tracking, and event attribution.

• Direct the design and execution of Parachute-owned events, including customer advisory boards.

• Supervise external vendors responsible for asset storage/shipping, lead capture tools, and event staffing.

• Assist Sales and Account Management by providing merchandise and collateral for key prospect and customer accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing budgets and strategies for both industry conferences and hosted events.

• Ability to effectively translate event spending into ROI, including lead generation, growth within existing accounts, and enhanced brand awareness.

• Practical experience with lead capture tools and CRM systems; HubSpot is preferred.

• Strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.

• Established track record of creating high-quality campaigns that foster brand awareness and generate leads.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, including attending several conferences in one week.

• Experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in DME/HME, homecare, health systems, physician groups, or health plans is advantageous.

• Proficient in managing vendors and leveraging technology/AI tools for increased efficiency.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the duration of employment.
