This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement event marketing programs across North America, including third-party sponsorships, proprietary events, and customer interactions.
• Create event marketing plans and activation strategies that define target audiences, objectives, messaging, channels, engagement tactics, calls to action, and metrics for success.
• Manage the complete execution of third-party event programs, which encompasses sponsorship assessment, venue selection, logistics, on-site activation, lead acquisition, engagement, and post-event follow-up.
• Implement demand generation programs driven by events, featuring audience segmentation, pre-event marketing, content and messaging, on-site engagement, lead capture, post-event nurturing, and sales follow-up.
• Incorporate events into broader campaign strategies with well-defined audience journeys and conversion tactics.
• Collaborate with Sales to pinpoint key accounts, prospects, and customer demographics while developing focused event strategies.
• Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget, emphasizing audience engagement, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and marketing return on investment (ROI).
• Foster relationships with Sales leadership through joint planning, proactive communication, and reporting.
• Oversee budgets, vendors, agencies, and external partnerships.
• Work with Demand Generation, Content, and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, messaging, content, storytelling, positioning, and audience relevance.
• Leverage audience and customer insights to shape event concepts, formats, messaging, experiences, and engagement strategies.
• Ensure that pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing journeys have clearly defined objectives and conversion points.
• Monitor and report on attendance, engagement, lead generation, lead quality, pipeline influence, conversion, and ROI.
• Continuously improve the event marketing strategy using performance data, campaign insights, customer feedback, audience behavior, and market trends.
• Provide performance management, training, coaching, development, feedback, and support for indirect reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in event marketing or field marketing.
• Demonstrated success in delivering B2B events that generate pipeline and commercial results.
• Strong capability in end-to-end project management.
• Ability to handle multiple complex events concurrently.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external vendors in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into engaging and impactful event experiences.
• Data-driven approach with experience in measuring event ROI, pipeline impact, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Capacity to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple requests.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and consultative abilities.
