This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement enterprise communication strategies and plans.
• Manage ongoing internal communications, such as monthly newsletters, quarterly All Hands updates, leadership messages, organizational announcements, and employee campaigns.
• Create communication materials for strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, technology deployments, and organizational changes.
• Execute communication efforts for specific external audiences, including payers, government and advocacy stakeholders, potential talent, industry groups, and business partners.
• Compose, edit, produce, and coordinate emails, presentations, talking points, FAQs, toolkits, videos, digital content, job aids, executive documents, and external briefs.
• Develop resources that empower leaders and supervisors to disseminate enterprise messages effectively.
• Assess and implement communication strategies beyond email, utilizing video, digital platforms, live forums, visual storytelling, mobile-friendly content, and leader-led communication.
• Utilize authorized artificial intelligence, automation, and communication technologies.
• Collaborate with leaders, subject-matter experts, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee communication calendars, timelines, reviews, approvals, production, distribution, and prioritize competing tasks.
• Analyze engagement data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and enhance communications.
• Foster strategic communications capabilities through coaching, exposure to senior leaders, cross-functional collaboration, and challenging assignments.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in internal, corporate, employee, change, or enterprise communications.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong execution and project management capabilities.
• Experience in developing communications across various channels and formats.
• Preferred experience in supporting organizational change, transformation, technology implementations, or other complex business initiatives.
• Preferred experience in creating communications for external stakeholder audiences.
• Capability to translate complex business concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable communications.
• Curiosity and readiness to utilize emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
• Interest in ongoing development towards broader strategic communications leadership roles.
• Preferred experience within the healthcare sector.
• Must possess and maintain a professional license, certificate, or registration in good standing, if applicable.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required.
