Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create, oversee, and consistently enhance the Licensing Roadmap communication strategy.

• Collaborate with change managers and cross-functional teams to synchronize communication projects, launches, and updates.

• Develop narratives and key messages for internal teams, partners, sellers, and customers.

• Emphasize the value for customers, partners, and internal teams through creative communications.

• Generate and curate content for leads across different functional channels.

• Convert complex concepts into easily understandable stories across various communication platforms.

• Leverage internal AI tools to identify business needs, prioritize messaging, and create communication materials.

• Establish and uphold an internal communications strategy.

• Oversee the communication calendar and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Implement and administer communication tools for sellers.

• Assess the effectiveness of communications through feedback and analytics, continuously enhancing their impact.

• Produce written communications, edits, presentations, and messaging.

• Integrate trends from the technology industry into communication strategies.

• Manage priorities, resolve issues, and take ownership of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in change management, program management, or project management roles.

• Experience in supporting large-scale platform or system implementations.

• Strong grasp of change management and communication strategies.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and technical stakeholders.

• Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative skills.

• Capability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

• Comfortable operating in both technical and business-oriented environments.

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

• A background in communications and enablement is a plus.
