• Define the technical and product strategy for Webflow code-native, ensuring high-fidelity round-tripping between visual and code interfaces.
• Spearhead the integration of coding agents into the Webflow building experience.
• Oversee the developer experience within Webflow's code environment, encompassing core primitives, APIs, tools, and feedback mechanisms.
• Develop a cohesive roadmap by prioritizing foundational platform initiatives alongside customer-facing features.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams throughout Webflow.
• Influence architectural decisions, engage in design reviews and prototyping, and contribute directly when beneficial.
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture engineers while fostering a high-performing technical culture.
• Report to the Director of Engineering.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading engineering teams in developing developer products, platforms, or technically complex product interfaces.
• Strong technical expertise in compilers, code generation, language tools, IDEs, or developer infrastructure.
• Experience in building with AI or agentic systems, or a proven ability to quickly delve into this area.
• Proven history of converting ambiguous technical challenges into effective systems.
• Capacity to balance long-term architectural goals with immediate shipping and learning needs.
• Leadership approach that merges high technical standards with coaching and team development.
• A mindset of curiosity and a willingness to grow, including gaining proficiency in emerging AI technologies.
• Valid right-to-work authorization based on the country of employment.
• A successful background check may be necessary.
