This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Maintenance & Operations division across various platforms and applications.
• Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Management, and Production Support operations.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
• Supervise extensive migration, modernization, and transformation projects from planning to ongoing support.
• Offer strategic direction for product development, system upgrades, platform modernization, testing, and operational support teams.
• Distribute resources effectively across programs and operational projects.
• Partner with business executives, clients, vendors, and technology teams to establish requirements and assess solutions.
• Promote continuous improvement through best practices, emerging technologies, automation, and process optimization.
• Develop governance frameworks, SOPs, runbooks, support models, engineering standards, compliance controls, and risk management procedures.
• Provide technical guidance for solution design, troubleshooting, performance enhancement, root cause analysis, and complex issue resolution.
• Oversee departmental budgets, financial planning, vendor management, workforce planning, and resource forecasting.
• Attract, develop, mentor, and retain high-achieving teams.
• Stay informed on technology trends, business demands, customer preferences, and market changes.
• Deliver executive-level reports on operational health, program progress, engineering efficiency, financial performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
• Over 15 years of experience in IT.
• More than 8 years in engineering, operations, and technology leadership positions.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise production support teams.
• In-depth understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and operational governance.
• Experience in supporting large-scale migration, business transformation, and technology modernization projects.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and key stakeholder connections.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in highly regulated environments.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules to meet business needs and travel as necessary.
