πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead initiatives by aligning project scope, release planning, teams, vision, and business objectives.

β€’ Develop program structures and ensure cross-functional alignment.

β€’ Guide teams through the software engineering process utilizing Agile methodologies along with analytical and technical expertise.

β€’ Organize meetings, make critical decisions, eliminate barriers, and address program challenges.

β€’ Guarantee that business objectives are achieved while driving the strategic vision of each program.

β€’ Collaborate with functional teams and executive management to ensure the success of the program.

β€’ Conduct alignment meetings to address release challenges, dependencies, team status, production concerns, and performance metrics.

β€’ Provide ongoing status reports on program status, issues, risks, and metrics.

β€’ Manage dependencies across various teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders.

β€’ Deliver monthly program reviews and updates on sprint reviews.

β€’ Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere that promotes creativity, innovation, and learning.

β€’ Propel Salesforce's global Product & Technology strategy and drive organizational transformation.

β€’ Recruit, build, and nurture high-performing teams.

β€’ Ensure consistent delivery methodologies and influence global engagement and delivery strategies.

β€’ Provide leadership with precise forecasts and performance metrics.

β€’ Oversee governance, scope adjustments, budgets, resources, timelines, and risk management.

β€’ Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery while adhering to program gates and governance protocols.

β€’ Monitor resource utilization, prioritization, budgeting, and project timesheets.

β€’ Manage and oversee enterprise software implementations along with comprehensive implementation planning.

β€’ Coach and mentor Project Managers and guide project leadership and practitioners.

β€’ Establish executive-client relationships and advise client business and technology leaders.

β€’ Identify opportunities to showcase Salesforce technologies and drive improvements in business processes.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 15 years of experience in a program management role leading enterprise-scale CRM or comparable projects.

β€’ More than 5 years of experience leading multiple work streams.

β€’ At least 10 years in management consulting or consulting services.

β€’ Experience with parallel implementations; SFDC experience is not mandatory.

β€’ Proven project leadership skills with direct responsibility for project teams, budgeting, and scheduling against customer or vendor contracts.

β€’ Experience managing internal and external project stakeholders, conflict resolution, issue management, executive communication, and leadership.

β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong executive presence.

β€’ Ability to collaborate with remote teams during non-traditional business hours.

β€’ Capability to lead enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate client executive meetings, mentor senior team members, and manage project risks effectively.

β€’ Proficient in assessing business and technical requirements, identifying dependencies, and generating project plans and estimates.

β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and team-oriented environment.

β€’ Strong multitasking capabilities.

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.

β€’ Agile SCRUM Master Certification.

β€’ PMP Certification is preferred.

β€’ Salesforce.com Certifications are preferred.

β€’ Proven ability to manage enterprise-level programs with teams of over 50 individuals, 3 or more delivery workstreams, and complex integrations.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on customer needs.
