This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Oversee the implementation of the enterprise marketing strategy for ASC & NT Sales within Customer Solutions.
• Formulate, execute, and manage annual marketing/commercial plans for the ASC & NT Sales divisions.
• Lead the ASC & NT downstream marketing team, supervising 4 direct reports.
• Collaborate with upstream marketing, sales enablement, EAM Marketing, Enterprise Accounts, Strategic Sales, Marketing Communications, Stryker business unit marketing, and cross-functional leaders.
• Create value propositions and sales strategies for joint venture ASC ownership models.
• Strengthen relationships and offerings with ASC Management Companies.
• Establish brand, advertising, and tradeshow strategies to meet commercialization, profitability, growth, and market share targets.
• Develop scalable processes for regional managers and customers.
• Provide support for EMEA ASC/NT/Outpatient Surgery initiatives.
• Collaborate directly with ASC and NT sales leadership to identify needs and drive outcomes.
• Cultivate a team culture centered on growth, talent development, service, and results.
• Prioritize new programmatic initiatives in partnership with KOLs, Commercial Operations, and Upstream Marketing.
• Plan and allocate budget for future team requirements and operational needs.
• Address enterprise-level challenges across various functions and business units.
• Coordinate with Flex Financial Marketing and Sales Leadership regarding communications, resources, and outcomes.
• Work alongside the ASC Customer Education Manager to develop site visit, peer-to-peer, and showroom strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Background in sales and/or marketing within the Medical Devices sector.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects while adhering to established timelines.
• Ability to influence others even without formal authority.
• Skilled in navigating complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Copilot & PowerPoint).
• MBA is preferred.
• Experience in people management is preferred.
• Flexibility for remote work.
