Senior Manager, Distribution & Revenue Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Partnerships Leadership to enhance high-priority, urgent initiatives.

• Ensure the successful execution of time-sensitive Partnerships initiatives.

• Evaluate the feasibility of new verticals and manage project requirements to achieve product-market alignment.

• Act as the internal expert on new verticals, gaining expertise in partner requirements, competitive landscape, and channel-specific product and operational needs.

• Assist in overseeing Ethos’s digital partner relationships, including those with Liberty Mutual, Credit Karma, SoFi, and others.

• Take ownership of launch execution, ongoing performance oversight, and growth strategy for digital partnerships.

• Establish competitive compensation frameworks for new product launches in collaboration with Finance, Product, and Insurance stakeholders.

• Provide ad hoc analyses to support the Partnerships business unit through advanced financial modeling.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to expand the Partnerships business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in VC/PE, Investment Banking, Strategy, Corporate Development, and/or Project Management.

• Outstanding modeling abilities; proficient in creating complex, multi-variable models from the ground up.

• Excellent communication skills for both external and cross-functional interactions.

• Professional and credible in discussions at the executive level.

• Capable of clearly articulating intricate product and commercial concepts.

• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain environments with a proactive mindset.

• Capacity to shift between strategic company-level thinking and in-depth analytical problem-solving.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Experience adopting an AI-native approach to optimize capacity.

• Familiarity with life insurance or InsurTech distribution (preferred).

• Knowledge of SQL (preferred).

• MBM experience (preferred).
