Senior Manager, Digital Product Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a cohesive New Product Innovation (NPI) and connected services strategy across all business sectors.

• Oversee a portfolio of digital initiatives utilizing IoT and AI to streamline customer business operations and enhance the offerings of Solenis.

• Direct demand forecasting, feature prioritization, risk management, and milestone tracking across various divisions.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a specialized team of digital product owners for each division.

• Define clear standards for product ownership.

• Collaborate with eCommerce and Digital Customer Experience leaders to establish a pipeline for customer portal development.

• Initiate new digital service revenue streams that operate independently from core chemical and equipment sales.

• Coordinate among multiple leadership levels and a complex matrix organization to optimize operational efficiency and mitigate delivery risks.

• Set up governance and reporting procedures while proactively addressing conflicts across divisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

• Over 12 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or portfolio leadership.

• Demonstrated success in managing teams of product managers and overseeing multiple simultaneous roadmaps.

• Strong expertise in navigating complex matrix organizations.

• Experience in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle.

• In-depth knowledge of customer portals, IoT platforms, and strategies for connected services.

• Strong financial skills, including business case development, KPIs, ROI tracking, and value assessment.

• Proven capability in managing cross-functional stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and leading change management initiatives.

• Competence in data analytics, vendor management, and executive presentation skills.
