This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Evaluate the technology stack and platform services.
• Comprehend and achieve essential metrics.
• Develop service and API specifications.
• Implement the product roadmap.
• Enhance the overall experience for card members through innovative technological solutions.
• Assist in defining and prioritizing the future of the technology stack.
• Inform key stakeholders about product positioning, primary benefits, and target audiences.
• Collect business requirements and relevant data.
• Design and create products in accordance with specifications.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 1 year experience leading large-scale product development initiatives throughout all phases of the systems development lifecycle.
• At least 1 year of experience in product design and development.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business systems analysis, including requirements analysis and definition.
• 1 year of experience in root cause analysis, developing business process flows, and designing, building, and testing application code.
• 1 year of experience in presenting complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 1 year of experience in leading and influencing development partners in a cross-functional setting.
• 1 year of experience in Agile rapid application development.
• 1 year of experience in data analysis using SQL.
• Familiarity with Data Visualization and Analysis, ETL skills and tools, GraphQL, Java, JIRA, Hive, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
