This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement and enhance ABM and demand generation initiatives targeting specific ICPs and segments.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to drive pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Convert strategy into actionable and clear campaign plans.
• Direct A/B testing efforts on ads, landing pages, website experiences, and funnels.
• Manage the performance of paid media across Google Ads, Meta, and display platforms.
• Oversee structured testing of creatives, audiences, offers, CTAs, and landing pages.
• Analyze and cross-reference data from multiple channels to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness in HubSpot and Salesforce, linking marketing initiatives to pipeline results.
• Take ownership of website performance, conversion paths, landing pages, and overall user experience.
• Develop and enhance email marketing strategies, nurture programs, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Create and fine-tune automated workflows, nurture sequences, and conversion paths.
• Align organic content strategies with paid promotional efforts.
• Improve attribution visibility and funnel performance.
• Apply SEO best practices across campaigns, websites, and landing experiences.
• Manage and refine the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Propensity ABM, website, and integrations.
• Supervise and mentor the Marketing Automation Coordinator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing.
• Proven track record in developing and executing B2B ABM programs.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta campaign strategies.
• In-depth understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO principles.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and an ABM platform, preferably Propensity.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor team members (mandatory).
• Experience in SaaS or technology environments (mandatory).
• Background in the automotive industry (preferred).
• Strong comprehension of funnels, attribution, and performance optimization.
• Proactive leadership with a strong focus on team collaboration.
• Positive, accountable, and solution-oriented, even under pressure.
• Willingness to travel within the USA and Canada up to 10% of the time for conferences, Head Office visits, and occasional leadership meetings.
