
Senior Manager, Customer & Commercial Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of US customer operations, aligning commercial success with customer outcomes.
• Oversee camera ordering and inventory management with manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate hardware deliveries alongside the sales pipeline and new customer installations.
• Establish and manage the US camera servicing function, which includes repairs, replacements, and loaner units.
• Handle the execution of commercial contracts from initial terms to final signature.
• Collaborate with the sales team on commercial terms, draft and revise customer contracts, and engage outside counsel when necessary.
• Develop contract structures tailored for health systems, provider groups, and independent practices.
• Secure data rights that support the AI roadmap.
• Create reusable contract templates, workflow tools, signing-authority routes, and playbooks.
• Oversee legacy contract obligations and ensure compliance with customer agreements.
• Draft internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Develop AI-powered automation solutions to minimize manual workflow and enhance operational scalability.
• 3-5 years of experience in business or operations roles.
• Proven track record in hardware logistics or commercial contract management; experience in both is advantageous.
• Preferred experience in a startup environment, particularly in Series A or B settings.
• Background in management consulting or investment banking is a plus.
• Experience in regulated industries is highly desirable; ideal candidates will have a background in medical devices, IVD, or health tech involving hardware.
• Strong systems thinking and a focus on process improvement.
• Practical experience with AI tools, including the development or automation of real workflows.
• Outstanding written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive communication abilities, and comfort in operating within limited structure.
