This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.
• Lead, develop, and continuously enhance the Coupa Administration and Coupa operations shared service center teams located in Poland and Costa Rica.
• Supervise the support and optimization of the Coupa Procure-to-Pay process, system, and users across various countries.
• Act as the Coupa Center of Excellence, refining Coupa modules and realizing value.
• Provide robust analytics, guided buying, and enable process automation.
• Collaborate with business units and leadership across management, procurement, finance, master data, accounts payable, tax, and IT.
• Promote user adoption, evaluate and resolve issues, and enhance the Coupa P2P value proposition.
• Advocate for best practices, assess performance, and lead ongoing innovation efforts.
• Improve user experience, streamline Coupa purchasing operations, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Indirect Programs and Strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain, IT, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of expert-level experience in P2P operations with the Coupa platform and its associated modules.
• Familiarity with Coupa Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Information Management, and Invoicing; CSO experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of P2P system integrations with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Experience with Master Data, Tax, ServiceNow, and related partner functions.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, P2P analytics, metrics, and reporting.
• Background in indirect procurement sourcing practices, including payment terms, contract terms, and catalog controls.
• Experience with multi-country Coupa P2P or equivalent financial systems, including compliant invoicing, tax, and legal entities.
• Proficiency in SAP purchasing and master data, with fluency in its applications.
• Expertise in Excel, cXML, and Power BI for data analytics.
• Demonstrated capability in data management, reporting, and analytics.
• More than 10 years of experience as a global people leader.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility for remote work.
• Some travel required; approximately 20% travel.
