This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Implement the strategic plan to broaden the North America Analytical content portfolio and foundational content for Lexis+ Protégé.
• Expand the content portfolio utilizing author-driven and AI-assisted editorial processes.
• Guide content contributors and advocate for the development of AI-assisted content.
• Incorporate agentic content platforms and AI tools into editorial workflows while ensuring human oversight.
• Mentor editors and authors on prompt creation, output assessment, and AI-supported workflows.
• Identify new content opportunities and propose portfolio enhancements.
• Track revenue, product usage, customer feedback, and analytics to inform content and workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Content Strategy, Segment, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Assist with content acquisition, editorial due diligence, integration planning, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee the content expansion budget and report expenditures.
• Manage data and metrics reporting to leadership.
• Lead and oversee content contractors for various projects.
• Establish criteria for content quality review and agentic evaluation solutions.
• Maintain plans for content upkeep and resourcing while promoting the use of editorial systems.
• Improve strategies for author recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Set clear expectations and provide guidance and feedback to authors and contributors.
• Handle contributor contracts and address performance issues or adjust the author mix.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree is mandatory.
• 4–8 years of experience in legal tech, digital content development, or legal knowledge management.
• Proven fluency in AI, including the use of AI-enabled tools for legal research, document summarization, drafting, and editorial review.
• Proficient in crafting prompts, assessing and refining outputs, and contributing to the enhancement of AI workflows.
• Established ability to manage relationships with third parties and meet business objectives.
• Experience handling large, complex data sets and utilizing data analysis/visualization tools such as AI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong financial understanding.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret market signals, customer feedback, and data insights.
