Senior Manager, Consulting – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish, implement, and uphold the standards for Bullhorn consultants as subject matter experts delivering professional, informed, and expert guidance.

• Mentor consultants to guide clients towards efficient processes and adherence to Bullhorn best practices.

• Oversee a team of individual contributor consultants.

• Hold the team accountable for utilization, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and efficiency in delivery metrics.

• Create and implement a Strategic Knowledge Plan to enhance cross-product expertise.

• Provide coaching for performance and growth through regular one-on-one meetings.

• Foster a culture of feedback centered on growth, accountability, and consulting skills.

• Take ownership of the training strategy and manage onboarding processes for new consultants.

• Collaborate with clients to identify their business goals and ensure the delivery of high-quality strategic client outcomes.

• Guarantee that consultants comprehend and convey the return on investment (ROI) of services.

• Empower consultants to take charge of client outcomes and navigate challenging client discussions.

• Train the team to align identified risks and challenges with viable, expert-led solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in professional services, implementation, or consulting.

• Ideally, experience within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

• At least 3 years of direct experience managing professional services consultants, project managers, or technical personnel.

• Proven ability to define and implement consulting methodologies that prioritize best practices and subject matter expertise.

• Capability to enhance efficiency and minimize scope creep.

• Outstanding leadership, coaching, and performance management abilities.

• Strong history of developing high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to instill confidence in senior-level internal and external stakeholders.

• In-depth understanding of Professional Services metrics, including utilization, CSAT, and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• An advanced degree is a plus.
