β’ Take ownership of, mentor, and develop the Latitude Compute Solutions Architecture team through recruitment, onboarding, account coverage, career progression, and performance management.
β’ Establish the coverage model and define standards for technical qualification, discovery, architecture reviews, proof of concept (POC) criteria, and technical win/loss evaluations.
β’ Manage SA capacity planning and the ratio of sellers to solution architects.
β’ Create reusable assets such as reference architectures, sizing models, POC playbooks, and competitive technical positioning.
β’ Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure forecast accuracy and assess technical risks.
β’ Personally lead compute discovery, architecture design, sizing, performance mapping, technical demonstrations, workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proofs of concept for key opportunities.
β’ Convert requirements into configurations for bare metal, GPU/accelerated compute, and storage solutions.
β’ Act as a customer escalation point and assist with evaluations, pilot programs, onboarding processes, and technical documentation.
β’ Represent Latitude in customer briefings, webinars, and industry events.
β’ Develop a joint Latitude + Megaport reference architecture and enable global Sales Pods, partners, resellers, and wholesale channels to effectively position compute solutions.
β’ Design solutions to address gaps in the hyperscaler marketplace, including hybrid-node and adjacency strategies.

β’ Strong hands-on experience in bare metal compute, GPU/accelerated compute, server architecture, virtualization, containerization, and workload performance planning.
β’ Established credibility in AI and HPC infrastructure, including cluster design, high-performance networking and interconnects, storage profiles for training and inference, and the economics of dedicated versus hyperscaler compute.
β’ Knowledge of networking fundamentals β BGP, private connectivity, hybrid, and multicloud patterns β sufficient to integrate compute within a broader architecture and collaborate with network Solution Architects.
β’ Understanding of compute purchasing cycles, solution selling strategies, and performance-intensive workload sizing.
β’ Demonstrated capability to build technical go-to-market strategies within a larger sales organization β including enablement, pods, and partner-led initiatives β beyond merely managing a queue of architects.
β’ Comfortable working within an integration context involving two companies, two systems of record, incomplete processes, and making decisions before the organizational structure aligns.

β’ Experience with an alternative or specialty cloud provider (bare metal, GPU cloud, neocloud) competing against hyperscalers on price-performance metrics.
β’ Background in architecting or selling through cloud marketplaces, resellers, or wholesale channels.
β’ Familiarity with supply-constrained infrastructure businesses β including allocation, long-term commitment structures, and realistic expectation-setting under scarcity conditions.
