This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +41 more states.
• Assist in the implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing member experience across both new and existing payor-related products and features.
• Collaborate with teams in product, design, marketing, and communications to convert experience strategies into synchronized plans and action steps.
• Promote uniformity in member-facing experiences, communications, and interaction styles throughout designated products or initiatives.
• Organize deliverables, timelines, stakeholder communications, and interdependencies.
• Formulate suggestions for enhancing experiences, communication priorities, and execution requirements.
• Aid in the creation of member-oriented communications, journey materials, presentations, FAQs, and other relevant resources.
• Monitor readiness, dependencies, and necessary follow-up actions.
• Discover opportunities to enhance how members comprehend, navigate, and engage with products and features.
• Contribute to broader organizational initiatives focused on member experience quality, communication efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Over 7 years of background in customer experience, member experience, digital experience, product experience, communications, or completion of a General Management Development Program (GMDP) or similar Leadership Development Program with pertinent experience.
• Proven experience in supporting healthcare, payor, digital product, or customer experience projects.
• Capability to translate experience strategies into synchronized plans, communication support, and execution activities.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating across product, design, marketing, and communications within a matrixed setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in developing or coordinating customer-facing materials.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously, juggle multiple priorities, and ensure follow-through among stakeholders.
• Good judgment and meticulous attention to detail in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.
